• Born in Seattle, Washington. Midajah is the Eldest of 4 children. She has one younger sister Sonia and 2 younger brothers: Richard and Jesse.
• Father Richard, Sr. is of Norwegian and Irish decent. Mother Carmen is Spanish and French.
• Midajah is bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish. She has worked as an interpreter including Workers’ Compensation and Legal cases.
• Went to school in both the United States and Mexico.
• Prior to becoming a fitness model, Midajah entered and won Beauty Pagents and was a an child actress.
• She is an artist: Pencil, Charcoal, Water Colors, and Oils. She is also an accomplished make-up artist who has done the make-up for many famous fitness models and actors both male and female.
• She is an accomplished singer specializing in her own mix of Latin, R&B & Pop.
• Dancer and choreographer: Jazz, free style, hip-hop

• Certified personal trainer. Has taught aerobics. Personalized diet, nutrition, workouts.
• Seminars, Emcee, appearances: Has done seminars and appearances throughout the world from all over the United States to Guam, Japan, Australia, UK, France, Germany, Sweden, and Mexico. She has emceed many bodybuilding and fitness shows and has given lectures to companies and sports groups.
